From hands-on product workshops and AI insights to networking on the green, here’s a look back at our inaugural gathering—and what’s in store for 2027.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our inaugural Voyant User Group meeting! Connecting in person with our vibrant community of customers and partners made for an unforgettable few days of shared insights, collaborative problem-solving, and vision-setting for the future of our cloud communications platform.

Throughout the event, our general sessions tackled the industry’s most pressing topics head-on. Attendees gained an exclusive look into how Voyant is weaving intelligent GenAI capabilities directly into our voice and messaging workflows, engaged in strategic discussions around the commercial impact of satellite-based ISPs, and heard directly from our President, Dave Pruse, who reinforced our core belief: long-term, dependable partnerships are what make both our business and yours thrive.

In addition to executive keynotes, the meeting emphasized practical, everyday value. One of the event’s standout highlights was an interactive breakout workshop led by Bill Balvanz from Learning & Development alongside Sales Engineer Adam Emery. Together, they walked through features that users often find confusing or underutilized, answering real-world deployment questions in real time. The candid dialogue and actionable takeaways were so well-received that this session will serve as the benchmark for our open discussion tracks moving forward.

Of course, great conferences are about more than just business sessions. Attendees enjoyed fantastic food, unwound during our lively meet-and-greet happy hours where long-distance colleagues finally put faces to names, and took to the fairways for an afternoon golf outing. The camaraderie and conversations outside the presentation rooms proved just as rewarding as the technical deep dives.

With Voyant Business Messaging, your employees can send outbound notifications and manage inbound customer chats directly from an easy-to-use web portal. Administrators have full visibility to assign permissions across departments, ensuring inquiries are handled swiftly and professionally. Backed by full-service 10DLC registration and compliance support from Voyant, bringing text messaging to your business communications has never been simpler.

SMS-enable lead telephone numbers – main telephone numbers, sales and support numbers, and other numbers important to your employees and customers.
Enable multiple users to monitor SMS-enabled numbers for incoming messages, respond to incoming messages, view historical messaging, all from an easy-to-use web interface. Customer administrators can control which users have access to visibility to specific SMS services.
Send outbound SMS to contact lists you have curated to engage end users.
